If you are only browsing our website we only collect the same basic information as every other website collects. We use common website technologies such as cookies.

We gather basic information solely to further understand our vistitors browsing types, language, preferences, referring sites and the time and date of our visitors browse.

This basic information is gathered whether you have an account with us or not.

We also have a system in place in which indicates how our website is progressing within the browsing industry and to improve on anything if need be. This is to keep us notified who browses our website and why.

We understand and respect your privacy and all of your information is kept within our system.

However, if you create an account with us then your basic information is required at the time of account creation. You will create your own account and we will ask you for a valid email. 

Kimfit has designed this policy to be consistent with all our website visitors principles. We will ask you if we require more information from you (usually to either update or finish you account creation). We will never randomly ask you via email or text for your bank details. The only time you will need to share bank details is to secure your spot and you will personally be asked for this information during your initial consult with us.

After sourcing out your preferred training schedule and prior to commencement, Kimfit can ask for bank details but through personal contact initiated during account creation.

From time to time we may use your personal information (email address and/or first name), to send important notices such as communications on purchases made within the website, changes to our terms and conditions and policies and to check on data analysis.
